-Capacity up to up to 60 onions per minute.
-Infeed hopper with elevating / singling conveyor 24 by 28 inch.
-Roller inspection section of 48 inch long for manual orientation
for tip and butt cutting.
-Trims the tip and butt of the onion, and scores the epidermal layers
of the onion to facilitate peel removal
-Onion trimming and scoring section with spring loaded knives,
automatically adjusts to onion size.
-Square finish discharge product 6 inch at 15 inch discharge height.
-Bottom discharge auger for rejects from inspection section
and waste peels from peeling section.
-With operator control panel with safety interlock cuts power
when the machine doors safety guards are opened.
-Powered by 460 volt 3-phase electrical motor / input,
70 cfm / 100 psi pneumatic / compressed-air supply.
-All the machine body is made in Alimentary stainless steel.
