SML MT 2x8/75 PP

Production line MT 2x8/75 by SML for P.P. multifilament yarn,
Power supply: 3 x 400 VAC 140A, compressed air 6 - 7 bar.
The line consists of an extruder powered by a Colortronic Colorblend,
M-DUO volumetric dosing unit, a filter section, 8 spinning heads with2 spinners each, draeing sections with 6 godets each, loopers, Barmag type AWS automatic winders. The winders are suitable for 4 x110/300 mm spools.

The capacity depending on the Denier is 67 Kgs/ hour (maximum speed of 2,500 mts/min depending on the Denier).
The range of possible Denier is from 300 to 1500, maximum strength 4 grs / denier depending on the Denier run.
