SKA Snodgrass Glass Depalletizer

Semi automatic, bulk container depalletizer.
The machine is designed to depalletize plastic,
metal, or glass containers configured on 1/2 high pallets.
The machine is designed to accommodate 40" x 48" pallets.
Pallets of empty containers are placed
in the elevator section with a pallet jack.
Pallet straps and the top frame are removed
manually and the entry door is locked shut.
The machine can now be operated in "manual" or "automatic" mode.
Operations are controlled through the touchpad HMI.
Machine is equipped with automatic slip sheet removal system.
The machine is set up with the sweep mechanism
pushing containers to the left when looking
at the machine from the entry door.
Power requirement is 460 volt/3-phase/60htz.
Compressed air is required @ 80 PSI.
