A reference image is displayed on MobileDaRt's LCD screen just
three seconds after exposure. This means that images can be
validated immediately after exposure, without having to wait
for a cassette to be read or images to be developed.
It also means that images can be automatically resumed if
necessary. This is particularly useful in emergency rooms,
as it enables the information required for the next procedure to
be obtained quickly, considerably reducing the time needed.
The reading of IP cassettes and barcodes, essential for
radiography with a CR, is not required. This simplifies the
operation and ensures reliable image processing without
the risk of mixing up cassettes. What's more, the number of
images that can be taken in a round is not limited by
the number of IP cassettes. In addition, there's no need to
install a large number of IPs or an IP playback device,
making more efficient use of space.
