The range of machines that make up the RheoPan® System
makes it possible to produce a very wide variety of products
with different types of dough without any stress
and with very good precision in weight.
The RheoPan® System allows,
depending on the modules installed, to produce both:
Rectangular dough pieces (ciabatta type or other),
Small balls (firm dough possible for balls from 75gr to 250gr),
Large balls (very hydrated and honeycombed dough possible,
such as sourdough bread or other from 200gr to 3000gr),
Shaped and elongated breads (of the baguette type,
baguettes with pointed ends, rolls, large short loaves or other).
