with number of product – depending on materials and application.
Package size range: 6" to 48" in Length; 2" to 16" in Width;
1/8" to 6" in Height. Maximum film size: 24" folded.
Equipped with folded film roll, perf wheel, dual wire side seal,
18" wide hot knife cut-off, photo head,
3 zone 57" long x 13" wide in feed conveyor
with Bimba gate indexing and 32" long x 11½" wide discharge conveyor.
Control panel has A/B PLC with touch pad controller
and digital readout. Variable speed dials for constant heat,
impulse heat and main conveyor.
Push button controls for start, stop and cycle.
On / off switches for unwind, seal heat and hole perforator.
Mounted on base frame with casters.
