Flattening machine is designed to flatten all types of fresh
or soft frozen meat products.
Flattening is done to get equal cooking times, shorter frying times,
to prepare the product for further processing
such as coating and breading or to increase the surface area
of the products, e.g. for filled products.
The product is placed on the infeed section of the lower conveyor belt
and is guided through the belt system.
Between drive shafts and return shafts there are several pairs of
pressure rollers that efficiently flatten
the product via the flattening belts.
It is an ideal machine for meat, poultry, fish, potatoes,
Schnitzel, steaks, poultry pieces of tenderloin,
poultry legs, beef olive, döner kebab, gyros,
Cordon-Bleu and other related products.
