calibrator for taking up the prepared dough band.
The calibrator ensures the even and almost seamless feeding
of the dough band to the SCL croissant machine,
where 3 triangles are cut from a dough band width of approx. 53 cm,
the rows are separated by differently timed bands
and every 2nd row is turned over during depositing.

Depending on the speed (adjustable),
approx. 2,500 croissants can be produced per hour.
The plant is ready for operation in bakery condition
and was still in operation until a few days ago. -
At this time a suitable sheeter "Fritsch 60 - 650 E NU, built in 2003"
would also be in stock (as partly shown on the photos),
but this is NOT part of the offer.
