SCM DMC Eurosystem Calibration Sander

The wide belt sander DMC EUROSYSTEM by SCM for calibrating and sanding is flexible because of its modular design and many configurations.

Units
R – calibrating / sanding roller unit
rollers diameter: 250 / 320 mm
grooved-steel or rubber-coated

K – combined unit roller / pad
T – crossbelt unit
can be installed both infeed and outfeeding the longitudinal units
especially for “high gloss” painted panels

S – superfinishing unit
with electronic sanding pad EPICS: uniform processing, chevron belt improves the cooling of the contact area
longer belts improve the cooling of the abrasive grains

C – planer unit
CHP planer unit for high stock removal rates (up to 3 mm) on solid wood

B – brushing units
different brushing and structuring units

The most common configurations are: RK, RRS and TRRS
