Type DRC 3/3000 for drying, mixing, conching and
discharging liquid and pasty chocolate masses
comprising:
Housing with small water jacket
2 new stirring elements with 2 new stirring arm shafts.
6 bearing flanges to accommodate the shafts and drives with new bearings and seals. Automatic bearing lubrication.
Feed opening with rotating slats for closing. Can be opened and closed during the conching or emptying process manually via the control cabinet or by programming.
Emptying screw with smaller stirring element, working in opposite directions in mixing mode.
Discharge via emptying opening
2 plug-in gearboxes, each 18 kW,
for the drives of the two stirring elements and 1 gearbox 5.5 kW,
the screw with one speed each, of German origin,
supported by a torque arm. Left and right rotation possible,
start/stop of the stirring elements for both running directions possible
both manually via the control cabinet and via external control.
Display for power consumption of the two agitator motors.
Running time display for conching process.
Circulation pump for the water circuit,
control cabinet, star-delta control, switchable in the direction
of rotation with temperature control + display,
mass thermometer, display of the actual value.

CE marking, declaration of conformity
