Schleicher GS 09 Unipos S Double mitre saw

This high-performance precision saw was developed as a universal cutting saw for wood, aluminium and plastic.
The saw stroke is pneumatic.
The workpiece is clamped using 2 vertical and 2 horizontal clamping cylinders.

The machine has a conventional fence rail with a scale up to 1500 mm and an electronic measuring system Unipos S.
With the help of the Unipos S, the position of the fence slide can be read from a digital display.
It is possible to display either the respective external dimension or the internal or rebate dimension.
The pneumatic gripper feed positions the workpieces via a pneumatic cylinder, which moves against stops.
The tongs can grip workpiece cross-sections up to 30 x 50 mm.
