Scheuer LEV-100, Glass Bottle Washer Production Line

Acquired in 2019 (February) after changing the heating resistors of
the tank and having the washer serviced
by the original builder (Scheuer).
Nothing to repair on it: perfectly functional as it is.
Washing capacity: 30 bottles for a cycle lasting between 3 and 7 min
depending on the settings.
The washer can wash bottles from 1l up to 33cl.
It is nevertheless optimized for 1l and 75cl containers.
Possibility to buy bottle supports for special formats.

- ABAC 200 HP3 compressor to supply the compressed air
for controlling the valves as well as the purging of
the pipes between the wash/rinse cycles.

- 500 liter ATLANTIC hot water tank with 5 kW electric heater
for hot rinsing water?

- ZILMET bladder tank - 300 Liters - V - 10 bars to allow a jet
of sufficient hot and cold rinsing water.
To see if this element is necessary depending on your water supply.

- All the water inlet, connection and tank drain hoses as well as the valves.
