Schaefer RoboFill RF500 4 Nozzle Head Filler

The RoboFill RF500 series liquid filler is a versatile
and expandable filling system for capsules, vape cartridges,
disposable vape pens and bottles/tinctures.
The RoboFill RF500 is the latest technology available
for the filling of Medical CBD and other oils, pastes and liquids.
It is a 4-head filling robot that has multiple trays for filling.

Has trays built for 2oz Boston round, our 7.5ml & 15ml glass bottles,
as well as for Vape cartridges and disposable vapes

The RoboFill RF500 features a 500mm x 500mm workspace
and a robotic arm that automatically fills and cycles
100 to 300 capsule per tray.

The (optional) STI accessory delivery system can be heated
to reduce product viscosity for easy and consistent filling of your oils,
pastes or other liquids.

RoboFill RF500 accessories* are custom designed and produced

The RoboFill RF500 bench top design requires only a small space
to operate and it can be expanded from 1,400 cph
(capsules per hour) to approx.

7,000 caps per hour depending on size and material used in your production process.
