The CRYSTAL enrobers are equipped with the exclusive continuous tempering process.
The chocolate is constantly reheated and therefore decrystallized
before a new curve, hence the possibility of working
for many hours with a coverage that is always on point and very fluid.
In 20 minutes, the CRYSTAL are operational to work continuously.
