Used SASIB aseptic filling line for 0.5 and 1.5 litre pet bottles reportedly made in year 2000.

– SASIB Manzini syrup room with capacity 9,000 litres / hour
– SASIB Manzini SMN 3 pasteuriser
– SASIB Simonazzi linear ASFS 24/24/8 rinser – filler with capacity 6,000 bottles / hour
– SASIB Simonazzi Starblend premix
– ACS asp aluminium seal applicator with capacity 6,000 bottles / hour
– ft system level control
– AROL pk 8T capper with capacity 16,000 bottles / hour
– SASIB conveyors to the labeller
– SASIB OXE labeller, wrap-around label, 12,000 bottles / hour
– ft system label check

NB: no blow moulder or equipment for packing / palletising included.
Only suitable for non-carbonated beverages.
