Sapal TD, Packing line for bar

Description:
wrapped was German product SCHOGETTEN
100g pack comprising individual square pieces on a tray (6x3 pcs)

consisting of:
* 3 x chocolate bar wrappers,
* pick and place system
* product buffers
* plus distribution conveyor belt

pick and place arm places product pieces onto wrapper infeed
card tray placed on infeed
bar is placed onto the card base for wrapping
3 x SAPAL Model TD bar wrapping machines running in parallel
cardboard is from stack,
foil is from reel and trays are from stack
glue hot glue seal for the cardboard and no heat seal for the foil but prepared to it
Between the second and last SAPAL there is a vertical accumulator conveyor
