- Bottom arbor design, climb-cut arbor and saw rotation
- Two (2) pressroll units in front of the saws

- Edger frame has 1-1/2" side plates, with a 12" channel base
- Four (4) 5-15/16" diameter knurled and chromed infeed rolls and four (4) outfeed rolls
- Two (2) pressrolls ahead of the saws
- Two (2) pressrolls behind the saws c/w Salem 8" trunnion head air cylinders
- No. 3 splined arbor (5-15-16" diameter) with 3-7/16" ends at the bearings
- Babbitt guide system is provided for a bank of 12-saws set at 2" (nominal), one (1) stationary saw and three (3) shifting saws
- Clamshell opening c/w two (2) heavy-duty air cylinders
- Hydraulic feedworks c/w Hydrostatic HPU
- Saw guide lube system
- Direct Logic 30S PLC and Digitron setworks
- Nine (9) Laharco lasers (6 fixed and 3 shiftable)
