PARQUET COMPOSITION LINE 2-3 LAYERS SAG. AUTOMATIC
Composition line for the various layers of parquet for planks up to 3,000 mm in length.
2 floors of compositions measuring 3000 x 700 mm where the parquet layers are automatically positioned.
The line can compose a panel of 2 or 3 layers through a 7-inch telemecanique touch screen programming.

TWO-LAYER OPERATING MODES
The multilayer or fir panels arrive from the central part of the line and are glued in the lower part by means of a roller gluing machine.
A pincer bridge picks up the multilayer support from the disc way out of the gluing machine and deposits it in the panel composition bench.
A second vacuum bridge picks up the individualized noble wood folders by a special automation and brings them to the composition desk above the plywood support.

It is possible to choose the quantity of layers to be made.
Once the pack is composed, a motorized belt moves it to the press loading bench and an automatic mechanical pusher inserts it into the press.
The machine has two independent composition benches so that while one stage is under pressure, another pack can be composed on the other stage.

The multilayer or fir panels of the central panel arrive from the central part of the line and are glued on both sides by means of a roller gluing machine.
A pincer bridge takes the central fir panel from the disc way out of the gluing machine and prepares it in the panel composition bench.
A second vacuum bridge first picks up the fir support on the left side of the automation and the door to the composition desk,
the central panel glued on both sides is positioned, then the vacuum bridge picks up the noble wood folders
from the right side individualized with a special automation and brings them to the composition bench
above the central support glued just deposited from the other bridge with pliers. It is possible to choose the quantity of layers to be created.
