Single-head shaping machine, heavy cast rotating steel table with multiple "T" slot
for securing hold-downs and forms; table rotates through gear reduction unit
with variable speed adjustable slow-down slugs to slow down table for heavy cuts or difficult contours.
Center 10" clamp post, timed with table rotation,
20 HP, 230/460/60/3, 8,600 RPM direct drive shaper motor, adjustable vertically, head beam air operated with adjustment for cushioned movement.
The adjustable template follower is located directly under the cuttterhead;
Both vertical and horizontal adjustment of follower is provided.
