Used Nerpco internal rubber mixer, nm100 (banbury type mixer).
2.6 lbs batch capacity/100 cubic inches.
Hopper cylinder is a 4” bore pneumatic with approx 9” stroke (hydroline r2f-4x9-1e8111-010-1b).
Hopper opening is approx 4.5” x 6”; throat and plunger are approx 3” x 6”.
Roller bearing rotors cored for cooling.
Control system includes: hand valves for steam and water; gauges for steam pressure,
water pressure, water temp, lube pressure and hydraulic pressure (up to 4000 psi)

hydraulic radial piston motor; denison valves; etc.
Lube system with 1/3 hp motor; 2 gallon reservoir; filter; etc.
