RP18 Pelletizing line double

Ecokraft pelletizing line double to pelletize a multitude of raw materials (wood, hay, straw...)

Composition:
- 1 elevator to bring the raw product to the crusher
- 1 crusher with soundproof cabin 45Kw
- 1 dust collector
- 1 hopper of 6m³ to receive the crushed product and send it to the presses
- 1 dosing system to add a binder to the pellets
- 2 pellet presses of 18 Kw with automatic lubrication and water dosing pumps
- 2 sieving systems
- big-bags with supports to recover the material under the sieves
- cooling big-bags with supports to recover the pellets

Spare parts and maintenance product included:
-10 knives for the crusher
-18kg of pneumatic Pressol lubrication
Flow rate: between 300 and 500kg/h depending on the material
