Rotary system with 8 successive stations with the following operations:
STATION 1: Taking bags from the storage
conveyor using suction cups.
Positioning and holding
of the bag by double hanging flu
POST 2: opening the zip then printing date /
code by inkjet (cartridge) up to 3 lines (10 mm
in all)
STATION 3: Opening the bag by inflation
STATION 4: Opening the bag using a high a
nd low suction cup.
Combination of a mechanical movement
associated with depression and pneumatic action.
A mechanical spreader arm system keeps
the top of the bag open until
the system is introduced filling.
These 2 opening stations allow you to open
all kinds of bags.
STATION 5: Bag filling/dosing station with rise/fall
Tamping station under the bag.
STATION 6: Gas or steam injection.
Station 7: Sealing station with stretching
of the upper edge of the bag,
evacuation of residual air,
regulated thermal welding.
STATION 8: Cooling and stabilization
of the seal by pressure and evacuation
of the bag by belt motorized
Presence sensor and bag opening detection.
