Rose Theegarten U1-F1

High-Speed Plant to form, cut, and wrap soft or hard caramel,
toffee, chewing gum, or bubble gum in double-point end fold
with simultaneous overwrapping in stick packs (on edge).
The individual pieces are wrapped in side fold wrap
(double point end fold).
They will then be collated into groups of the required number
and overwrapped to stick packs on edge.

The unit consists of two machines, the U1 to form, cut,
and wrap the individual sweets and the F1 stick pack machine.
Both machines are arranged on a common base plate,
driven by one drive unit, and centrally controlled,
thus forming a fully automatic production line.

Capacity The U1/F1 is assigned for high-speed production
with a capacity of 1000 individual sweets/min, respectively,
up to 240 stick packs/min.
Output for U1: 1000 sweets/min for F1: according to number of
individual sweets per pack; max: 240 stick packs /min
