This monoblock with 12 valves is the ideal solution
for filling still and alcoholic wines by gravity,
semi-viscous liquors by means of a slight depression
and viscous liquids by adopting a vacuum.
The tank (bell) is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel;
The taps, also in AISI 304 stainless steel,
can be completely disassembled, just like the bathtub,
with steam or chemical products.
All parts in contact with the product are made of food material.
The filler head can be adjusted in height to guarantee
the use of different bottle formats.
Mechanical or pneumatic jacks lift the containers upwards,
favoring the opening of the tap.
The flow of the liquid to the tank is completely regulated
by the machine by means of probes or float depending
on the type of filling liquid; an electropneumatic valve
automatically regulates the flow of liquid in the tank.
