5 CHAIN STRANDS The operator places the workpieces independently of the machine's cycle.
The latches and the continuously adjustable end stop serve as alignment aids when placing the workpieces.
The unit can hold up to 3 workpieces (workpiece packages) while a 4th workpiece (workpiece package) can be in processing.
The unit passes the workpieces (workpiece packages) fully automatically to the cross-cut saw.
This results in continuous feeding and an increase in performance of up to 30% (practical value).
The feeder is equipped with a stable 3/4" chain.
Minimum workpiece raw length 600 mm (shorter workpieces are to be placed directly on the machine infeed table).

Automatic detection of the raw length placed on top. In order to make optimal

Safety technology: The working area of the positioning slide is closed at the front and from the back by a protective fence.
On the operator side, all systems are equipped with a safety light curtain.
Up to 300 kg can be reliably positioned using a servo motor and the stable belt drive (100 mm wide).

Prevents the workpieces from slipping during the positioning process.

1 SLIDING PROTECTION SIDE PUSHING R2L Suitable for pushing workpieces directly behind the saw blade.
The entire sawing area is encapsulated by a stable hood.
This protective hood is also equipped with a sliding protection.
If a crooked workpiece hits the protective hood during the positioning process, this sliding protection is unlocked.
To prevent damage to the sliding system or the protective hood, the system is switched off.

With the help of the additional side pressing device, which is located directly behind the saw blade
and presses the workpiece (package) against the feed rail, a precisely right-angled saw cut is achieved (standard cutting accuracy + / - 1.0 mm).

The outfeed conveyor belt is equipped with pneumatic pushers.
Each section can be individually assigned to one of the pushers.
The good pieces are automatically ejected at the assigned position.
It can be determined whether the good parts are pushed off the pusher on the left or right.
They can also be pushed off in the middle.
In this way, separation can be carried out again at each pusher.

All pieces are pushed across a storage table immediately after the saw cut has been made.
Different lengths can be easily identified as all sections are flush on one side.
