Rehm VXP nitro 4200

It has a nitrogen option and a single line, 12 heating zones (3 zones for peak) and 4 zones of cooling.

Regarding oven, all technical procedures was done by Rehm recommendations. Latest work done on oven is yearly maintenance. All transport components where changed. Rails, guides, chains, mechanical stations. Half year ago nitrogen analyzer was renew at Rehm. Cons of the oven, nitrogen is not stable. Has a leak somewhere . It can hold somewhere between 5k down to 20k ppm.

Fans of oven are worn. Some are changed, but some are still original. Other then that oven is fully functional and until now it’s used in every day bases.
