Raque Pepper Poppers Filling Line

Custom built filling line for jalapeno pepper poppers.
System includes six across positioning conveyor
with delron plastic inserts for placing peppers.
Raque filler is cantilevered over the line to fill six peppers at each stroke.
Conveyor system is overall: 8' wide x 15' long
with an additional 6' to position filler.

Peppers are places manually on positioning tray,
pass under the Raque filler and cheese or filling is dispensed onto peppers.
