Racupack CAT 1

Fully automatic warp-around case packer,
flexible format can be used to pack Gable top cartons,
bottles, etc in a wrap around plano carton.
This machine is flexilbel in formats
and was used for gable top cartons:
12x1 liter - package dimensions 72x72x235 mm -
packing scheme 4x3x1
(297x225x240 mm each carton).
6x1 liter - package dimensions 72x72x235 mm
package scheme 2x3x1 (155x225x240 mm
each carton). 6x0,5 liter
package dimensions 72x72x142 mm
packing scheme 2x3x1 (155x225x240 mm).
Infeed system, flexible on formats.
Plastic mesh belt, belt width: 620 mm,
chain conveyor with /splitter
to form the packs before it enters the machine.
Belt width: 300 mm, distance between dividers:
180 mm and 230 mm, Outfeed roller conveyor
with over push system,
roller width: 350-400 mm. Power: 400 V, 3 Ph,
50 Hz, 20 A. Total dimensions: 560x300x260 (lxwxh) cm.
Weight: 1.750 kg. With storage bin for glue granulate.
Excluded: hotmelt glue unit itself.
