This used Jones Fully Automatic Cartoner features ramp-up
style buckets that reduce the need for buckets on linear rail blocks.
This feature helps reduce the overall number of components
and thus reduces spare part costs.
This system is ideal for handling bottle applications as
features a timing screw to load bottles
into the bucket conveyor.
A three-head rotary feeder can reach speeds of over 200 cartons per minute.
