Quiel VAE1, Packaging Line

Performance 350 buckets (10kg) per hour
The Quiel VAE1 packaging system is specially designed
for filling sauerkraut in buckets and is suitable
for industrial applications.
Equipped with a 4 m long and 50 cm wide snail,
the machine ensures efficient transport of the sauerkraut.
The integrated dosing tape with scraper ensures
an even distribution of the product.

A stainless steel dosing bucket with integrated scale allows precise filling,
while two rammers ensure the compaction of the sauerkraut.
Two stainless steel broth distributors with
a diameter of 22 mm are also integrated.
The production throughput of this system is 3500 kg per hour
at 10 kg buckets, whereby bucket sizes
can be packed between 3 kg and 15 kg.

A 4.5 m long conveyor belt is intended for the transport
of empty and full buckets,
which ensures a smooth operation of the packaging.
The plant is used, but in good condition and offers
an efficient solution for packaging requirements in food production.
