This is a vintage G-series Probat roaster,
with built-in cyclone/chaff collection under the cooling tray.
It was refurbished in 2022 and has had new LPG
Propane burner jets fitted, new temperature probes
for connecting to artisan software
and new cooling tray drive gear fitted.
It has also been repainted.
