PITTER +TRAY+PUMP, INVERTER+ Made entirely of steel.
The machine has been specifically designed
to separate the olives from the pits.
The machine consists of an olive loading hopper
equipped with a feeder operated by a gearmotor.
The olives arrive in the separation basket where a mixer
with 3 fins centrifuges the product,
making the pitted paste come out on one side
and the stones on the other,
a cleaner always keeps the grid free and an auger feeds
the mono pump which away
the pitted pasta with the kneaders.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304
stainless steel and material for food use.
Hourly production: 80/120 kg.
Absorbed power: 1.5 kW. three-phase
