Peerless HS4 Mixer Paste Horizontal

Stainless steel, two speed, 3 bar, refrigerated dough mixer.
Working capacity up to 1000 lb – depending on materials,
application and machine configuration.
Internal mixing bowl dimensions: 46" in Length; 32" in Width;
48" in Depth. Equipped with three 3" diameter roller mixing bars,
power tilt discharge, single end drive powered by 25 hp chain
& sprocket motor drive and R-22 refrigerant end bowl plates
with maximum working pressure of 235 psi.
Control panel for mixer start/stop, low & high speed and tilt.
