The plant is fully functional, including control cabinets, saw shafts, intermediate rings, saw blades and documentation.

The plant processes hardwood with the following data:
Wood thickness: 26 mm - 42 mm
Input lengths on the crosscut saw: 2500 - 5000 mm
Lengths of rip saw/multi-rip saw: 350 - 1000 mm
Strip width: 6 - 30 mm depending on the clamping of the saw shaft.

Mode of operation:
The operator places the board on the roller conveyor and transports it to the crosscut saw.
A main length and various cuts are programmed on the control.
Lengths from 350 mm to 1000 mm can be processed on this equipment.
After the board has been crosscut, it runs over the conveyor belt to a roller conveyor.
Between the conveyor belt and the roller conveyor there is a mangle roller so that the firewood or the cuttings fall on the firewood belt.
After the mangle roller there is an ejection station for cuttings.
These are discharged there.

The main lengths run towards the rip saw and are centered there.
After centering, the boards are cut in the center of the rip saw.
The advantage is that with beech, the boards are usually interlocked and would therefore jam in the rip saw.
Another advantage is that this also allows you to cut very precisely along the edge of the tree, and the loss of the narrowest strip in the core area.
After the rip saw, the halved board is fed to the multi-blade saw via a chain strand. In the process, it passes under measuring skids.
These measuring skids determine the tree edge, and the individually driven chain strands align the board so that it is clocked into the multi-rip saw directly at the tree edge.
The multirip saw has a 75 kW motor and can cut board thicknesses from 26 - 42 mm and lengths from 350 mm to 1000 mm.
In strips from 8 mm to 25 mm depending on the clamping of the saw shaft.
After the board is clocked into the multirip saw, it enters a safety channel via a conveyor belt.
There it is fed by a chain conveyor to a sorting belt where a person can perform another quality sorting.
After the belt, the laths are automatically stacked into transport racks via a chain conveyor.
