The WEL90 is the latest in C-wrap, E-Wrap, Top Label or Full Wrap format labelling technology.
The WEL90 is capable of applying narrow edge labels in a wide edge format at speeds of
up to 60 packs per minute without the need to rotate packs.
The WEL90 can label traditional trays or even Vacuum Skin Packs (VSP) with extremely high accuracy,
even with irregular shaped packs.
The WEL90 can be linked to a range of Automatic Catch Weight Scales to enable Variable Weight,
Fixed Weight or Average Weight Applications.
The enhanced control system incorporates a touchscreen user interface for operation of all machine functions
from the PLC and control software.
This allows a large number of variable product set-ups to be recalled from the database
for quick automatic set-up and minimum downtime between product changeovers.

As standard, an ICE Zodiac 53mm thermal transfer printer is fitted to the WEL90 to provide easy batch,
date, price and other customer information to be printed online.
Optionally, the WEL90 can also be fitted with a larger 107mm Ice coder.

A Flash Labeller can also be integrated on to the same frame to apply Promotional labels,
giving you a complete all in one system.
The WEL90 gives you freedom of choice over label suppliers with no restrictive label contracts.
The new WEL90 now offers you the greatest freedom, flexibility and control over your labelling operation.
