Tubing Size in mm (in): 4.75 (0.187) outer diameter (OD), 0.787 (0.031) wall thickness
Tubing Type: Polyurethane (Pellethane 2363-80AE) tubing
Joins any combination of tubing: wet-to-wet, dry-to-dry, wet-to-dry; Provides automatic wafer replacement
Creates welds that meet or exceed the tensile strength requirements of ISO 3826-1
Maintains a functionally closed system; a TSCD wafer is heated to approximately 300 C (572 F) to ensure sterility during cutting and welding

Video Description:
We pan out so we can get a full view of the Terumo TSCD-Q Sterile Tubing Welder.
The entire exterior is shown paying special attention to serial tags and connections.
Once we return to the front of the Terumo TSCD-Q Sterile Tubing Welder the lid is opened as is the welding mechanism.
A tube is loaded and the Terumo TSCD-Q Sterile Tubing Welder is run through a single cycle. The new tube is removed and the weld is seen.
Then we remove the drawer so the discarded wafer can be seen after the machine realigns.
