Vega & Image steam ironing line

Vega APM 2-1-4 Multi-lane small piece folder/stacker.
Comes together with a Vega Selectfeed feeder.
Folds and stacks small pieces automatically in one machine with a high production and high folding quality.
2 lateral folds are accomplished by belt reverse folds per lane and can be coupled in order to fold large piece on 1 lane.
In multi-lane mode, the small pieces can be fully automatically folded with up to two lateral folds, or a French fold with one cross fold and stacking.
Cross fold & stacking section is built directly behind the lateral fold section.
Pieces that do not require cross folding are bypassed onto a table.
It comes with a PLC control system which can hold up to 100 programmes.
