Fully automatic, left to right, 4-sided seal, continuous rotary motion,
horizontal form / fill & seal machine capable of up to 160 packages per minute
(40 cycles per minute, four at a time).

Packages: (4" – 12")L x (1" – 4 1/2")W x up to 2"H.

Features 120"L four lane "K" infeed conveyor with stainless steel slider bed
and 3/8"W x 1"H pusher lugs on 11" centers, catch trays below infeed conveyor,
two cross seals (first is straight, second is chevron style),
21 1/2"L x 12 1/2"W product outfeed conveyor, UV light above product outfeed.

Equipped with Electrocam programable limit switch controller, E-stops,
motor speed control, production counter, and controls for conveyor speed,
conveyor time delay, outfeed conveyor speed (for shingling),
first cross seal heaters (on / off), second cross seal heaters (on / off),
first side seal heaters (on / off), and second cross seal heaters (on / off).

Mounted on height adjustable feet. Designed for items as diverse as ballpoint pens,
cigarette lighters, hardware, coupons, lottery tickets, travelers checks,
and medial and operating room devices in sterilizable pouches.
