Automatic wicket bag filling and sealing machine : The operator places a stack of Wicket bags . The operator places a cake or toast bread or a loaf of bread on a particular position, and then presses 2 buttons. The machine opens each bag, keeps it opened by 2 spreading plates , an automatic pusher pushes the product into the bag , then the machine makes 2 gussets , heat seals the bag ,and moves the filled and sealed bag out of the machine. The excess part of the bag is cut by a cold knife and is automatically removed by a vacuum blower .Controls is by OMRON Plc , OMRON HMI touch panel , for all functions of the machine. Also the machine is equipped with a special top quality German impulse heat sealing controller ,and German heat seal bar. All pneumatic pistons and pneumatic valves are Festo.
