The INSERT range point-to-point drilling, gluing and dowel inserting machine is the result
of a long experience acquired by OMAL in the construction of this type of machine.
Particularly suitable for flexible or series processing of kitchen components, furniture, drawers, frames and solid wood parts.
The machine does not require any tooling and the program change time for the execution of a different component is close to zero.

MAIN MECHANICAL AND SOFTWARE CHARACTERISTICS :
The frame made of electro-welded steel ensures high rigidity and precision.
Linear sliding guides with recirculating balls guarantee high resistance and precision of movement.
The motor and control drivers of the movement axes are in brushless alternating
current of the latest generation, necessary to obtain high accelerations and speeds.

Drilling unit:
• rotation speed of the tips 6000 rpm
• maximum depth of holes with insertion of the pin 30 mm.
• maximum depth of holes without insertion of the pin 45 mm.

Gluing unit:
• electronic dosage of the quantity of glue controlled by NC
• glue sensor (optional)

Pin insertion unit:
• standard dimensions of the pins ø 8x30
• maximum protrusion of the pin 15 mm.
• two-position pin drum (the pin is loaded during insertion)
• optical fibre for checking the presence of the pin
