Olympus BHS

This Dual Viewing Olympus BHS is in very good condition and features 4x,10x,40x,100x/oil DPlan objectives - all producing excellent images. Eyepieces are 10x/20fn widefield and the illumination is very bright with it's built-in 12v,100w halogen bulb...not your ordinary 6v,20w illuminator. This BHS with the large stand, dual viewing and 100w illuminator is considered to an excellent choice for research and teaching.

This large BHS stand is well-suited for adding additional binocular positions for additional viewers. We can outfit this model to 6-10 positions.

This teaching attachment with fiber optic illuminated pointer-arrow is an additional bonus since there is no need for a separate tranformer for a 'bulb' which burn out periodically on the older style pointer. This pointer-arrow is easily moved with the joystick from with either side of the scope. The color of the pointer can be changed easily from green to red depending on your choice and the background color of the specimen. These fiber optic illuminated pointer-arrows are the ultimate in teaching microscopes!

The removable nosepiece has 5 positions for objective lenses so there is room for 1 more lens.
