There are no PLC's, micro-processor boards, or stepper motors.
It is equipped with a self diagnosing software system
with in-screen parts ordering.
Non-proprietary "off the shelf" electronics.
It is capable of high speed application speeds of up to 1570"/minute.
All four labeling heads are capable of applying
a 10" tall label and the machine can take label rolls
up to 16" in diameter.
Power requirement is 208/220 volt/3-phase.
Previous use was in a distillery running at approximately 30-35 bpm.
