with inbuilt carbonator processor
and filling machine pressure control system coupled
to a Moravek 12/12/1 counter-pressure
rinser/filler/crowner with double pre-evacuation,
Mapex Flo level detector with faulty bottle rejector,
Cheops Termopak tray/pad shrinkpacker
and inter-connecting conveyors.
Moravek 5SA portable menu-fed CIP set.
Line originally ran at 2.300 bph of 500 m
(D 75 x H 225 mm, 26 mm crown-corks),
packed as 4x2 and 4x3 on tray/pad + shrinkwrap film.
Last used for 330 ml LongNeck bottles (D 60 x H 227 mm).
