It consists of:
FILLING AND CLOSING MONOBLOCK FOR BOTTLES Made of stainless steel
and anodized structural aluminum composed of:
Motorized conveyor belt for feeding containers into the star.
Chassis made of anodized structural aluminum and stainless steel.
Motorized star with fanny packs made of APM in accordance with the packaging provided.
Filling station composed of two nozzles,
where we will feed the loading piston system from their tanks,
regulation of nozzles in height by means of a column
with a steering wheel.
A plunger with a loading capacity of up to 150ml and another 1 liter.

Closing station using pneumatic threader with container
holding system to not be lifted once the threader is removed.

Closing station using pressure cylinder.

Motorized transport belt for the exit of the star that
will be prepared for installation of the labeling machine.

Safety doors that stop the machine when opened according to CE regulations.

Motorized cap distributor with octagonal cap exit ramp
(like the available samples) and clamp for theft on the star.
The entire system is controlled by a controller, inverters
and a MITSUBISHI control touch screen, where adjustments
and format changes will be programmed.
