Hopper (opening 45x30 cm) on top of twin screw cooker/stretcher
where the curd is inserted, with a direct steam injection nozzle,
temperature is controllable, the unit has a build in steam generator electric heated.
2 x Auger push the product into the mould wheel.
Ball size Ø 40 mm ± 50gr.
(from 5gr-200gr possible by buying extra forming parts).
Complete with controls, Condition: excellent only used on tests.
