Fully stainless steel design, simple and manual operation.
Allows you to concentrate the milk to better texture yogurts made

Principle: concentration by loop filtration in a pasteurization tank,
at a temperature of 10 to 45°C.
Closed circuit cleaning. Need to use treated water.
