MGB Densifier with custom operators platform

This used Densifier was rebuilt by MGB in June of 2022.
Run time on the machine since the rebuild has
been approximately 150 hours.
The drum is made of 3/8” thick steel plate,
and is 40” in diameter by 60” high.
The bottom of the drum is made from a 1” steel plate,
and has 10 stationary and one rotating blade.
The bottom seal for the shaft is of a special design to
prevent leakage and entry of water in the motor.
The support legs are constructed of heavy structural tubing and
the bottom of the base is made from
¾” steel plate for additional support.
Provisions for bolting down to
the foundation are also incorporated,
the height of the discharge chute is approximately 44” from
the floor in order to discharge into a Gaylord.
Unit powered by a 250 HP WEG AC direct drive motor and
includes a WEG soft start package.

The Densifier includes a custom-built
Operators Platform that can be bought separately.
The platform is 14.6 feet wide and 9.6 feet deep.
The upper work platform is 7.5 feet from the floor.
