Lye Application Compartment:
Prepares fabric for steaming and bleaching processes.

Steamer:
Approx. 60 m of fabric capacity on rollers.
Approx. 1,400 m on relaxation belt compartment.
Post-Steamer Washing Compartments:
Three washing compartments, each with:
Approx. 25 m of fabric capacity.
Integrated squeezing rollers for water removal.
Drying Section:
Cylinder dryer by WUMAG (Type MDD 16/2).
2 columns, each with 8 steam-heated cylinders (800 mm diameter).
Fully enclosed housing for thermal efficiency.
Exit Section:
Includes a J-box for uninterrupted production and compensator rollers.
Center cutting unit for dual 1,600 mm fabric width.
