14 Head Model M-4 Bottle Filler Crowner.
This unit features a 4 head filler, standard crimp crowner.
Last running 12 oz. bottles at speeds up to 30 BPM.
Filler includes bottle Infeed platform,
bottle Indexing system, double pre-evac,
magnetic crown pickup with catch bin crowner (4 station),
Snift Valve stainless base and frame,
stainless floor levelers.
This machine is pneumatically powered
and equipped with a Direct Logic PLC Controller
and iMate Panel View Operator Controls.
Air flow 15 cfm @ 90 psi (25m3/h @6.2 bar),
operating air pressure 95 psi (6.5bar).
Electrical 115 / 230 Volt / 50/60 HZ. / 1 Phase.
