The “TPS” system is suitable for the continuous and practical steaming of textile samples, such as the treatment of cotton, polyamide, cotton synthetics.
Fixing processes of vat, sulphur, reactive, acid and metal complex dyes can be carried out on dyed and printed goods.
In the pre-treatment area, the system can be used for bleaching processes with hydrogen peroxide.
The modular design of the “TPS” system allows for optional applications.
Specially configured to your requirements, the “TPS” system can be supplemented with the following options:
- Saving trough for small dye liquor quantities
- Chemical trough for wet-on-wet application
- Electric steam generator
- Washing troughs with 1 m fabric capacity
- Washing troughs with 2 m fabric content, wide shape
- Temperature control for washing troughs

Sophisticated functional principle
Continuous process sequence
The material sample is treated according to the process and passed through the “TPS” system for steaming.
At the exit of the “TPS” system, the steamed material sample is automatically rolled up and is thus available for further processing.
The material sample to be steamed is unrolled by the unwinding device of the “TPS” system and fed through the steamer.
At the exit of the “TPS” system, the damped material sample is rolled up by a rewinding device.
A rewinder with roller core and core is available as an option.
